With years of experience in both the holistic and medical beauty worlds, Jenette Serrins has been transforming skin and spirits for the last decade. She began her career in the spa industry at the mere age of 18. Opening a day spa with her mother and performing the first “spa manicure” in Central California, Jenette felt it necessary to complete her degree in Speech and Public Communication soon after.

With the experience she received in both the academic and beauty arenas, she went back to serving others at a few Aveda salon and spas over the next few years. This background and love for the “natural” skin and body care approach drove to advance her education even further with such product lines and techniques as, Aveda, Dermalogica, Sonage, MD Formulations, Sunshine Living Labs, Bio Medics advanced medical training, Acupressure Facials, Peels, Epicuren advanced training, Jane Iredale Mineral Cosmetics and more.

Jenette established her business, BEING in LA in 2005, offering the very best in skincare, massage, makeup and naturopathy. In ’06, hair and acupuncture were added to bring health and beauty full circle at BEING. She has focused much of her attention and time to educating not only her staff, but clients as well in raising awareness to what each is using on her hair, skin and body.
