She comes recently from managing the largest massage department in the country for a corporate chain of day spas for several years. She first became fascinated with mind/body/spirit integration and healing while training as an actor and dancer. She has over 1,000 hours of training in Swedish massage, Deep Tissue, Cranial-Sacral, Visceral Manipulation, Chiropractic massage, Sports massage, emotional, spiritual and Neuromuscular Release, Acupressure, Shiatsu/Swedish combo, hot and cold Jade Stone therapy, and is certified in Reiki, Aromatherapy, Pregnancy and Lymphatic Drainage massage. She keeps her personal holistic programs with yoga, exercise, organic food and spiritual practice. Zoe considers her practice a reward and a blessing. |
